Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Fortitude Vally is a fun location - very central to Brisbane CBD. I enjoyed everything. Mark The staff at City Palms are very helpful and the room was well appointed and very functional. Tyson. The outdoor setting with BBQ and SPA area make relaxing in the Valley very easy and enjoyable. Bruce.
No Advance deposit is required, but we will need a credit card guarantee as you will be charged the first night if you fail to give 48 hours notice of cancellation. Please note that we have a No Smoking policy indoors, but many rooms have a balcony, and we have many outdoor areas. Security Parking is limited and incurs a extra fee of /night/car space. There are some free car spaces in the front area of the motel.
